Just a quick update...more sanding and puttying happened yesterday but no sealer...ugh...one more delay. we do want it done well...we just wanted it done last week.

the electrician's finished up yesterday and their work will be inspected tomorrow (I think). then we will have electricity and AC!

the cabinet guy(s) come back today to move the refrigerator cabinet and do some other adjustments needed. they will have to come back again when the trim that we had to order comes in. another measuring goof meant the crown molding did not reach the ceiling as it was supposed to so a trim piece will be put in then the crown molding.
